OCT to determine optic disc swelling

Good article on this topic from Indian Journal of Ophthalmology.

Bassi ST, Mohana KP. Optical coherence tomography in papilledema and pseudopapilledema with and without optic nerve head drusens. 2014 Dec;62(12):1146-1151

It gives a description on how to differentiate papilledema from pseudopapilledema using the OCT. Extremely useful if you’re not 100% certain if there is true optic disc swelling on slit lamp examination.
